When Gifts and Strengths Converge: CliftonStrengths & Leadership Workshop

Explore CliftonStrengths themes for leadership, relationships and purposeful work, with a practical next step. Your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving may reveal useful clues about how you contribute. Explore your CliftonStrengths themes and consider how intentional practice can support leadership, relationships and purposeful work. Individualized insight with Dr. Brown Throughout the workshop, you will have opportunities to share your discoveries, reflections and questions with Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown. Drawing on several years of developing this material, together with professional experience, study, prayer and seasoned discernment, she helps participants recognize meaningful connections among their gifts, strengths, personality, lived experience, aspirations and spheres of influence. Her leading professional strength and top spiritual gifts inform the individualized observations and questions she brings to this process. As you share what you are discovering, she helps illuminate patterns, points of convergence and possibilities for purposeful stewardship. This personal dimension extends across both in-person and virtual gatherings through facilitated exercises, interactive conversation and participant reflection. Together, you will consider how emerging insights can shape practical contributions in your work, relationships, leadership, service and community over the next 30, 60 and 90 days. Who this is for People serving and leading in business, government, education, healthcare, church and community life, emerging leaders, and anyone exploring gifts, strengths and purpose.
