'ROCKING THE FLOCK WITH STORIES' WORKSHOP

Sun City Center - Geraldine Buckley, an award winning storyteller, is bringing her talents to St. John Divine for a workshop designed for preachers, business people, grandparents, counselors, Sunday School teachers, prison chapel volunteers, and anyone who wants to change people’s lives through story! Known primarily for personal stories that make people laugh and think, she has appeared as a featured teller in festivals throughout the US, including the National Storytelling Festival, in Jonesborough, TN. Geraldine is frequently heard on NPR, and Sirius radio, and is the recipient of three gold awards from Storytelling World. Part lecture and part group discussion with an interactive element, you will be telling stories before the time is through!  
 
Saturday February 23rd from 10am to 3pm, and a performance from 7-9pm.  $15 for the concert, $35 for the workshop - which includes lunch, or $40 for the two combined and can be purchased at the SJD box office or online at www.stjohndivine.com/boxoffice.
