Freedom Plaza and South Bay Hospital are dedicated to a healthier you! Join us for the 10th Annual Health & Wellness Fair on Wednesday, June 4th at 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Freedom Plaza Auditorium. Just follow the “event parking” signs located on American Eagle Boulevard for FREE health screenings, door prizes and tours.

Local physicians and Health Care providers will offer free screenings to include: Vision, Hearing, Memory, Balance, Bone Density, Blood Pressure, Pulse Oximetry
