Five Wishes Seminar
In Fellowship Hall
A free one hour educational session on “Five Wishes- Advanced Directives”
The five wishes pertain to an aging person’s life options:
- Who should make decisions for me when I cannot?
- What kind of medical treatment do I want or not want?
- How comfortable do I want to be if I know I am not going to get better?
- How do I want people to treat me?
- What do I want my loved ones to know?
Please call the church office at 813-634-1252 to make a reservation so we can have enough forms to go around.
